It is with great pride and excitement that we can announce the arrival of St. Stefanus Blonde on draught in the UK.

Our Blonde on draught will be available exclusively at Boyds Brasserie in London’s Charing Cross from this Thursday, 27th February.

Boyds Brasserie boasts an offering of British food with a twist: from braised venison bourguignon with root vegetables, to grilled sea bream, butternut squash risotto and broad beans. And what better to complement these delicious flavours that with a perfectly chilled St. Stefanus Blonde on tap?

St. Stefanus on draught was officially launched in France back in November 2012. Until today, you could only enjoy draught St. Stefanus in a limited number of bars and restaurants in Paris and Lyon.

What can you expect from St. Stefanus on draught?

Discovering St. Stefanus Blonde is always a unique experience and this is especially true of St. Stefanus on draught. Our beer on tap is brewed with the same care and dedication as our bottled beers. Secondary fermentation takes place in the barrel itself - allowing the flavour of the beer to evolve until the beer is poured.

St. Stefanus on draught is released from the cellar after 3 months of maturation in the barrel, and will be poured at three months of age. You can expect a golden colour, with aromas of grapefruit, green apple and cinnamon. This fruity, dry, hoppy Blonde is not to be missed!

Look out for our videos that will be posted to our blog and the St. Stefanus YouTube Channel in coming weeks. Boyds Brasserie is featured a number of times, and we explore the mouth-watering flavour combinations that come from pairing meat and fish with our St. Stefanus Blonde and Grand Cru.
